Personal data processing

By submitting the form you give your consent to evobeds s.r.o., with its registered office at Paličkova 75/2, Ostrava, 709 00, Company ID 07754523 (the "controller"), to process your personal data within the meaning of Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on Personal Data Protection, and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data (the "GDPR").

What data we process

• first name and surname
• company name
• e-mail
• phone number
• billing and delivery address

Why we process it

The controller processes your name, surname, company name, phone number, billing address and e-mail for the purpose of providing services, processing payments, issuing accounting documents and sending business and marketing communications.

For a bed order we also need your data to arrange a delivery date with you, deliver the bed to the right address and provide warranty service.

How long we keep it

The controller will process this data for 3 years from your last order.

Consent and its withdrawal

You give your express consent to the processing described above. You can withdraw your consent at any time, for example by sending an e-mail or a letter to the controller's contact address.

Your rights

Under personal data protection law you have the right to:

• withdraw your consent at any time,
• ask us what personal data of yours we process,
• ask us for an explanation regarding the processing of your personal data,
• request access to this data and have it updated or corrected,
• request the erasure of this personal data,
• contact us or the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection if you have doubts about compliance with data processing obligations.
